Barcelona director: 'Neymar regrets Paris Saint-Germain move'

Neymar 'is not happy' at Paris Saint-Germain and "regrets" leaving Camp Nou last summer, according to Barcelona director Javier Bordas.

Barcelona director Javier Bordas has claimed that Neymar "regrets" joining Paris Saint-Germain after reportedly growing unhappy in the French capital.

The superstar forward has made a big impact in his maiden campaign at the Parc des Princes, playing a direct part in 44 goals despite seeing his season come to an end in February.

Neymar has constantly been linked with a move back to Spain, however, with Real Madrid said to be ready to pounce this summer if the Brazil international indicates that he wants out of PSG.

Bordas is not concerned by the prospect of Neymar joining Barca's arch-rivals, but he has questioned the 26-year-old's decision to quit Camp Nou last summer in a record-breaking deal.

"Neymar can sign for anyone," he told El Chiringuito. "For me, personally, I'm not dreaming of Neymar signing for Real Madrid.

"It seems as if he's not happy in Paris, we figured as much. In Barcelona he was doing well and Neymar regrets having left [for PSG]."

Neymar has been named in Brazil's 23-man squad for the World Cup, despite his lack of action over the past three months.
