Barcelona to play Qatar friendly in February

Barcelona will play a friendly match in Qatar on February 4 as part of their contractual obligations to Qatar Sport Investments.

Barcelona will travel to Qatar to play a friendly match on February 4, 2015.

The Spanish side's opponents have not yet been disclosed, but the match will definitely go ahead under Barca's contractual obligations to Qatar Sport Investments.

The fixture will take place just three days after a home league game against Villarreal, while the Catalan outfit will travel to Athletic Bilbao just four days after competing in Qatar.

It is currently unclear what sort of team head coach Luis Enrique will select for the non-competitive match.

Qatar Foundation currently sponsor the Barcelona shirt.
