Victor Valdes believes that new Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova has the full commitment of the squad and expects success this season.
Vilanova has been promoted from assistant to manager following Pep Guardiola's decision to stand down at the end of last season.
Valdes told efe: "There is a very good chance, I think, with the commitment to Vilanova as our coach, that Barcelona remain at a high level.
"I do not expect many changes to the things we have been doing in the last few seasons. All I want is that Barcelona are champions by the end and that is what we work for every day."
Vilanova's first league game as Barcelona boss will come against Real Sociedad on August 19.
