Athletic Bilbao boss Ernesto Valverde has denied that he could take charge of Barcelona this summer.
With Gerardo Martino's future at the Camp Nou unclear, a number of managers have been sounded out for the position at the Catalan outfit.
Celta Vigo boss Luis Enrique reportedly remains the favourite, but Valverde has also been strongly linked with the head coach position.
"I have not rejected any offer because I have not received any offers because I have a contract with Athletic," the 50-year-old told reporters at a press conference.
"The only way I would leave the club is if Athletic asked me to leave, which I don't think would happen, or if I asked to leave, and that definitely won't happen.
"As you see, there is no possibility of me leaving Athletic. These are just rumours, we ignore them and move on. I shouldn't have to keep clarifying this."
Valverde has led Bilbao to a top-four finish in La Liga this season.
