Under-fire RB Leipzig boss Marco Rose will hope his side do not lose ground in the race for Champions League football when they host Mainz 05 at Red Bull Arena on Saturday in the Bundesliga.
The home team were held to a 2-2 stalemate by Heidenheim on February 23 in the league and are in sixth place with 38 points, while the visitors are in fifth place with the same number of points following their 2-0 victory against St Pauli last Saturday.
We say: RB Leipzig 1-1 Mainz 05
Leipzig have rarely been beaten at home and it would be surprising if they lost on Saturday given their strong record at Red Bull Arena.
However, after a midweek match in the DFB-Pokal, Mainz could be more energetic and will feel they can at least avoid defeat against their hosts.

Heidenheim host Europe-chasing Borussia Monchengladbach at Voith-Arena on Saturday, knowing they could fall into the automatic relegation spots after this weekend's Bundesliga action.
Frank Schmidt's third-bottom side are above VfL Bochum on goal difference and must better the 17th-placed club's result in gameweek 24, but it remains to be seen if the strugglers can get the better of a Gladbach outfit still reeling after last week's 3-0 defeat at the hands of Augsburg.
We say: Heidenheim 1-3 Borussia Monchengladbach
Despite Gladbach's failure to keep clean sheets, the Foals, seeking a third consecutive away victory in the Bundesliga for the first time since 2020, are backed to seal a comfortable success at Heidenheim.
The hosts have conceded two goals or more in six of their recent seven matches at Voith-Arena, and that pattern should continue this weekend.

Wolfsburg's quest for European football continues on Saturday when they travel to Weserstadion in their 24th Bundesliga game of the season where they will face Werder Bremen.
Werder Bremen are currently 12th with 30 points and lost 5-0 against Freiburg in the league last Friday, whereas the Wolves are eighth with 34 points but were held to a 1-1 stalemate by 17th-placed VfL Bochum on February 22.
We say: Werder Bremen 1-2 Wolfsburg
Wolfsburg should be confident of creating chances in the final third considering Werder Bremen have struggled to avoid defeat in recent weeks.
While the visitors are in mixed form, the hosts' poor showings their past matches should make the Wolves favourites on Saturday.

A positive result for VfL Bochum against Hoffenheim at Vonovia Ruhrstadion on Saturday could take the Blues out of the bottom two in the Bundesliga.
A desirable outcome for Dieter Hecking's men in gameweek 24's encounter and a disappointing result for Heidenheim against Borussia Monchengladbach will see the second-bottom side move up one spot, but they must overcome a side that have secured four points from their recent two matches, including a victory in their last away game at Werder Bremen.
We say: VfL Bochum 2-1 Hoffenheim
Despite Hoffenheim's desire for consecutive away victories, Bochum, who are unbeaten on home soil against Saturday's opponents in four meetings, are backed to secure maximum points at Vonovia Ruhrstadion for the fourth time in six matches.

Borussia Dortmund will hope to make a late push for the Bundesliga's European spots when they visit Millerntor-Stadion on Saturday to take on St Pauli.
The home team are fourth last in 15th place with 21 points and lost 2-0 against Mainz 05 on February 22, while BVB trounced Union Berlin 6-0 on the same date and are in 10th place with 32 points.
We say: St Pauli 0-2 Borussia Dortmund
Dortmund will be full of confidence following their impressive victory against Union, and they should be considered favourites.
Additionally, though St Pauli did create opportunities last time out, they have struggled to convert their chances in recent games, and they could find it difficult to get on the scoresheet on Saturday.

Frankfurt vs. B. Leverkusen (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Bayer Leverkusen must win against Eintracht Frankfurt to keep their faint hopes of winning the Bundesliga alive when they travel to Deutsche Bank Park on Saturday.
The Eagles are third with 42 points but were comfortably beaten 4-0 by league-leaders Bayern Munich last Sunday, whereas Leverkusen defeated Holstein Kiel 2-0 last Saturday and are second with 50 points but trail Bayern by eight points.
We say: Eintracht Frankfurt 2-2 Bayer Leverkusen
It is difficult to see the visitors losing on Saturday given their strong showings on the road this campaign.
However, Leverkusen have struggled for victories in recent weeks, and it would not be surprising if Eintracht Frankfurt earned a point.
