Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes claims that the squad are fully behind manager Steve Kean.

Jordan Rhodes has insisted that the Blackburn Rovers squad are fully behind Steve Kean, despite speculation suggesting that his tenure as manager could be coming to an end.

Although Blackburn's early season form has seen them move to third in the Championship, the Rao family are believed to be discussing Kean's future.

Rhodes told Sky Sports News: "The manager bought me to the club and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to him.

"When we go out on the field, we are doing it for him, the coaching staff and the whole team.

"We all take criticism, no matter who it is, so we are all in it together."

Blackburn's unbeaten run in the league came to an end on Friday against Middlesbrough.
