Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle is reportedly expected to keep his job with the Trotters as he prepares for talks with the club's owners.

Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle will reportedly meet with the club's owners today to discuss his future at the club.

The Scottish boss, who was relegated to the Championship from the Premier League with the Trotters last season, watched his side lose 2-1 to Millwall at the weekend.

It is understood that the 46-year-old will hold talks with club owner Eddie Davies and chairman Phil Gartside today but is expected to keep his job at the Reebok Stadium, according to the Bolton Evening News.

The Trotters are currently 18th in the Championship table.
