Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has admitted that he is "still learning" about coaching.
Klopp has drawn widespread praise for the work he has done with Dortmund, leading them to back-to-back Bundesliga titles in 2010-11 and 2011-12, while also guiding them to the Champions League final last season.
The 46-year-old is among the candidates for the FIFA World Coach of the Year award this evening alongside former Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes, and Klopp has revealed that he wouldn't begrudge the now-retired Heynckes winning the award.
"I'm still learning about coaching, but it helps if you've played the game. It's about hard work and new ideas," Klopp told reporters.
"I would be delighted if Jupp won the award. He's a role model and it would be a great way to crown his career."
Dortmund have struggled in comparison so far this season and currently sit fourth in the Bundesliga table, 12 points behind runaway leaders Bayern.
