Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has insisted that the most important thing about the DFB-Pokal clash against 1860 Munich was to claim the win.
BVB had a huge number of shots on goal but were unable to win in 90 minutes and instead took extra time to beat the second division side in the second round of the competition.
"It was difficult, because our opponents are a very good team and were defending very well," Bundesliga.com quotes him as saying.
"We had many chances, but we couldn't make the most of them. In the end, we found some space to win the penalty and score the second goal. The most important thing is that we won today."
Mkhitaryan joined Dortmund in the summer transfer window from Shakhtar Donetsk and has scored three goals in four league games.
