BT Sport to show Bradford City FA Cup tie for free

BT Sport announces that it will broadcast Bradford's FA Cup quarter-final against Reading for free.

BT Sport has announced that it will show Bradford City's FA Cup quarter-final against Reading for free.

The League One club have caused plenty of upsets in this season's competition, knocking out the likes of Chelsea and Sunderland on their way to the last eight.

The BBC was recently forced to explain its decision not to show the team's fifth-round tie against Sunderland after fans expressed their disappointment at the broadcaster's choice to show Aston Villa taking on Leicester City.

"This will be the second time that BT Sport have shown Bradford City in this year's FA Cup and because Bradford City Football Club have been very passionate about the UK seeing their amazing club run, BT Sport have decided to make the game against Reading available to everyone to watch, online, via BT TV and Sky," said head of BT Sport Simon Green.

Bradford welcome Reading to Valley Parade on March 7.
