Sports Mole previews Sunday's international friendly between Brazil and England at the Maracana Stadium.

England will be looking for a second consecutive win over Brazil when they face them at the Maracana Stadium in a friendly international on Sunday.

The Three Lions ran out 2-1 winners at Wembley when the two sides last met in February, thanks to goals from Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard.

The match will officially mark the re-opening of Rio de Janero's Maracana Stadium, which has undergone renovation work ahead of the 2014 World Cup.

Brazil coach Luiz Felipe Scolari will hope to use this game as preparation for his side's Confederations Cup campaign, which begins on June 15.

England have won two and drawn two their last five matches, including Wednesday's 1-1 draw with the Republic of Ireland. Meanwhile, Brazil have won just once in five games since Scolari's second stint as coach began with that 2-1 defeat at Wembley.

Chelsea pair David Luiz and Ramires are expected to start for Brazil, along with Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar.

Lampard will captain England in his 97th appearance for his country. Daniel Sturridge is struggling to be fit for the match after picking up an ankle injury against Ireland so Manchester United frontman Danny Welbeck could replace him.

Rooney is likely to retain his starting place up front while James Milner may come into the side in place of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
