Kevin O'Connor starts on the bench for Brentford's clash with Stevenage as the 32-year-old chases his 500th Bees appearance.

Kevin O'Connor could make his 500th Brentford appearance today after being named among the substitutes for the visit of Stevenage to Griffin Park.

The Bees veteran starts on the bench for the club's final game of the League One season as the 32-year-old chases the milestone.

Manager Mark Warburton makes two changes to his starting lineup from the 4-1 defeat to Colchester United last week.

Jake Bidwell replaces Nico Yennaris in defence, while Ben Reeves comes in for Marcello Trotta as leading goalscorer Clayton Donaldson operates as a lone striker this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Graham Westley has made two changes to already-relegated Boro from the 3-2 win at Walsall last weekend.

Seventeen-year-old Ryan Johnson comes in for Bira Dembele to become Stevenage's youngest ever debutant in the football league, while Michael Doughty replaces Irishman Conor Henderson in midfield.
