Ronny Deila "very pleased" with Celtic improvement

Ronny Deila says that he is pleased with Celtic's performance during their 4-2 Scottish Premiership victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Ronny Deila has revealed that he is "very pleased" with the way that Celtic played during their 4-2 Scottish Premiership victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

Celtic scored twice in the opening 12 minutes before Stuart Armstrong added two more after the break. Inverness scored twice late on but the Bhoys held on to the three points.

"I'm focused on the first 71 minutes and that's some of the best we've played for a long time," Deila told BBC Sport.

"We had so many good attacks today, good defence, good passing, very good attitude with the whole team. I'm very pleased with a lot of things I'm seeing.

"It was a totally different game today than against Kilmarnock. Today we were much, much better quality."

Celtic are currently second in the Scottish Premiership table, two points behind league leaders Hearts.
