John Terry could be ruled out of Chelsea's FA Cup tie against Portsmouth with a back injury.

Chelsea captain John Terry could be sidelined for the Blues' FA Cup third-round tie against Portsmouth due to a back injury.

The England skipper reportedly missed training before the former Premier League champions' 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday.

Andre Villas-Boas is expected to make a late decision on the fitness of the centre-back before choosing his squad to face Pompey.

Blues frontman Daniel Sturridge is also racing to be fit for Sunday's tie as he is suffering with a hip problem.
