Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma admits that he 'feels better' after being stretchered off with a knee injury in Sunday's 1-1 draw against Manchester United.

Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has admitted that he 'feels better' after being stretchered off with a knee injury at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

The 21-year-old was visibly in pain when he landed awkwardly in the 59th minute of his side's 1-1 draw with Manchester United.

Zouma left the stadium on crutches, but told L'Equipe after the game: "It is better. We will see, I heard something but I feel better. [On Monday] I will undergo tests and we will know more."

The defender has emerged as a regular in Chelsea's team having started 21 of the team's 25 Premier League games this season.
