Gareth Barry eyes ending Jose Mourinho's home record

Everton midfielder Gareth Barry targets ending Jose Mourinho's unbeaten home record as Chelsea boss.

Everton midfielder Gareth Barry has said that the Blues are targeting ending Jose Mourinho's long-standing home record as they travel to Chelsea in the Premier League.

Mourinho has never tasted defeat at home in the division during either spell in charge, and Barry has revealed that Roberto Martinez's side have the scalp in their sights.

"It would be a massive [win] because we all know about that home record," he told BT Sport.

"Everton can finally break that [record]. It would be fantastic. They're hard to beat, they set up to well, but we're coming here on the back of a few great performances.

"We're confident we can play to the best of our ability and we're more than capable of getting the three points."
