Jose Mourinho: 'Diego Costa to start against Newcastle United'

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho confirms that striker Diego Costa will return to the starting lineup for the game against Newcastle United.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed that he will include striker Diego Costa in his team to play Newcastle United on Saturday lunchtime.

Costa was absent through suspension on Wednesday night as replacement Didier Drogba scored in Chelsea's 3-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.

However, as the Blues prepare to travel to the North-East for the second time in seven days, Mourinho has confirmed that the club's top marksman will return to the starting lineup.

The Spanish international has scored 11 goals in 15 appearances for Chelsea since signing from Atletico Madrid during the summer.
