Jose Mourinho snubs the press after Chelsea's loss at West Ham United

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho refuses to hold a press conference following his side's loss to West Ham United.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho refused to hold a post-match press conference following his side's 2-1 defeat to West Ham United.

The Blues' troubled season hit a new low at Upton Park after Mourinho was sent to the stands along with first-team coach Silvino Louro for reacting angrily when Nemanja Matic was shown a red card.

The Portuguese boss has already been fined £50,000 and handed a suspended stadium ban this season for criticising referee Robert Madeley in the wake of his side's defeat to Southampton.

Earlier this week, he hit out at the British media and dubbed them "disrespectful" for publishing details about his life away from football.

Mauro Zarate and Andy Carroll were on target for West Ham at Upton Park, with Gary Cahill netting a consolation for the Blues in between.

Chelsea's latest defeat leaves them in 15th place in the table.
