Jose Mourinho: "We cannot be scared of relegation"

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho believes that his side cannot fear relegation despite their 3-1 defeat to Everton.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has said that his side "cannot be scared of relegation" after their 3-1 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.

The Premier League champions have picked up just four points from their first five games, but Mourinho declined to blame his players for recent results.

The 52-year-old told reporters: "I do not blame my players, I do not blame myself. I do not accept the result.

"I am not feeling under pressure, I am feeling the results are the worst ever in my career. I am the man for the job, I am the man who did so many good things for Chelsea, I am the man.

"We cannot be scared of relegation, Borussia Dortmund were in the relegation zone last season."

Chelsea will look to bounce back against Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
