Chelsea captain John Terry has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to Frank Lampard, who will be playing his last Premier League game this afternoon.

Lampard is expected to feature for Manchester City against Southampton in what will be his 609th and final league appearance in England.

The 36-year-old enjoyed 13 successful seasons at Chelsea alongside Terry, winning the Premier League three times and the Champions League once.
