Team News: Changes aplenty for Chelsea against Norwich City

Jose Mourinho rings the Chelsea changes for this afternoon's visit of Norwich City in the Premier League.

Jose Mourinho has rung the Chelsea changes for this afternoon's visit of Norwich City in the Premier League.
