N'Golo Kante returns to the Chelsea starting XI for Saturday's Premier League home clash with Crystal Palace.

N'Golo Kante has returned to Chelsea's starting XI for Saturday's Premier League clash with Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.

The midfielder fainted at the Blues' training ground ahead of their 1-0 loss to Manchester City last time out but has returned to training this week.

Kante replaces Danny Drinkwater, while Olivier Giroud is picked in place of the benched Pedro, and Gary Cahill returns to captain the side, with Antonio Rudiger not in the 18.

Palace boss Roy Hodgson, meanwhile, has kept faith with the same starting lineup which fell to a 3-2 defeat to Manchester United on Monday night.

The only changes are on the bench as Wilfried Zaha and Mamadou Sakho are both deemed fit enough to take their places among the substitutes.
