Chelsea winger Marko Marin in talks with Besiktas

Chelsea winger Marko Marin is in talks with Besiktas over a potential transfer, the Turkish club's president confirms.

Besiktas have confirmed that they are in talks to sign Chelsea midfielder Marko Marin.

The 25-year-old winger joined the Blues from Werder Bremen in 2012, spending last season at Sevilla having made just 16 appearances in his first term at Stamford Bridge.

The Black Eagles have already signed Demba Ba from Chelsea this summer, and Marin could now also be making the move after Fikret Orman, the Turkish club's president, revealed that talks are currently ongoing.

"We are in talks with Marin," Sky Sports News quotes Orman as saying. "We could sign him or go for a name who we haven't been linked with yet."

Marin won 16 caps at international level for Germany between 2008 and 2010.
