Chelsea forward Demba Ba is reportedly close to joining Besiktas on loan.
The 29-year-old joined Chelsea from Newcastle United in January 2012, but has struggled to force his way into the London club's first XI on a regular basis.
Everton have been linked with a move this summer, but according to The Telegraph, Besiktas are close to signing the striker on an initial short-term deal.
The same report has claimed that the deal will include a clause that will allow the Turkish outfit to make the move permanent at the end of the 2014-15 campaign.
Ba has scored four times in 18 games for Senegal.
