Chelsea target Franck Kessie has turned down a new contract at AC Milan, according to a report.
The midfielder only has one year left on his current deal at San Siro, with several clubs said to be interested in signing him on a free transfer next summer.
Chelsea have reportedly offered a contract worth €8m (£6.9m) a year to Kessie, who is also on the radar of Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain.
Tuttosport states that the Ivory Coast international has now rejected a new deal in Italy, boosting the Blues' hopes of signing him.
The report adds that Milan have offered Kessie a five-year extension worth €6.5m (£5.6m) a year.
The 24-year-old has made 184 appearances for Milan since signing from Atalanta in 2017, scoring 30 goals.
