Chelsea are reportedly intent on getting goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois to commit to a new contract to fend off interest from Europe's top clubs.
The Belgian international's current deal expires in 2016 and, while he is in the middle of a third season on loan at Atletico Madrid, The Express claims that Blues boss Jose Mourinho will only let him join the Spanish giants for a fourth year if he agrees an extension.
While not being able to dislodge Petr Cech as the first-choice keeper at Stamford Bridge and having been linked with Real Madrid in recent weeks, it is believed that the 21-year-old isn't keen on leaving the West London outfit.
Courtois joined Chelsea from Genk in 2011.
