Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne is reportedly unwilling to become a makeweight for a deal involving Bayer Leverkusen's Andre Schurrle, due to interest from Borussia Dortmund.
The Blues were looking to use the Belgian in a deal to sign the 22-year-old Schurrle this summer, but De Bruyne is stalling on the deal after fresh interest from Dortmund, according to The Mirror.
Chelsea are hoping to wrap up a deal for the £20m-rated striker ahead of the summer transfer window opening, but Dortmund's impending sale of Mario Gotze to Bayern Munich has prompted the Bundesliga side to turn their attentions to De Bruyne.
The 21-year-old has never played for Chelsea since signing last year and is currently on loan at Werder Bremen.
