Chelsea have reportedly identified AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois.
Belgian stopper Courtois has been heavily linked with an exit from West London, with the 26-year-old's agent suggesting that the goalkeeper has asked to leave the club.
According to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Chelsea, who are reluctant to sell Courtois before finding his successor, will target Donnarumma once their current stopper finalises a move to Real Madrid.
The source adds that Keylor Navas will then be frozen out by Courtois's arrival and will replace Donnarumma at Milan.
Courtois has previously said that he is keen to be with his family in Spain, who moved during the goalkeeper's loan switch from Chelsea to Atletico Madrid.
