Jorginho has reportedly demanded a significant pay increase to remain a Chelsea player.
The midfielder is out of contract with the Blues next summer, and while his agent recently stated that Jorginho wants to remain at Stamford Bridge, the two parties are yet to reach an agreement on a new contract.
According to Sport, the 30-year-old is looking to double his wages from £5.5m to £12m a year, but Chelsea are not willing to meet those demands.
Although the Blues are open to a small increase in salary, Jorginho has the option of negotiating with foreign clubs from January.
Barcelona are believed to be one of the side interested in the Italy international, and the Catalan giants are prepared to submit a bid to Chelsea in the January transfer window.
AC Milan have also been linked with Jorginho, while the report indicates that he could receive contract offers from other Premier League clubs.
