Juventus will reportedly offer Chelsea £29m for Brazilian midfielder Oscar in the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old has struggled for form this season as the floundering Blues sit one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
The reigning Serie A champions have previously expressed interest in Oscar, who joined Stamford Bridge in 2012 in a £19.5m deal from Brazilian side Internacional.
According to Fichajes.net, the Old Lady will attempt to push through a deal within weeks as they look to step up their game in the second half of the campaign in a close Serie A race.
Should he move to Italy, Oscar would join up with on-loan Blues winger Juan Cuadrado.
