Chelsea's Eden Hazard: 'We deserved a win against Tottenham Hotspur'

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard says that the team "deserved" to beat Tottenham Hotspur instead of being held to a goalless draw on Sunday.

Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard has claimed that he and his teammates "deserved" to come away from White Hart Lane with all three points on Sunday.

Neither side managed to strike as they played out a goalless draw, which left Chelsea 14th in the Premier League table and Spurs fifth.

"A draw is a good result but I think we deserved to score a goal to cap off a good performance," Hazard told the club's official website.

"In the first half Oscar gave a great cross to me which I headed over. We didn't have a lot of chances but Hugo Lloris stopped a volley from me which was a beautiful save. If I had scored then it would have been 1-0 and it could have been a win for us."

The Blues have only won four of their 14 top-flight games.
