Report: Chelsea want Atletico Madrid trio

A report claims that Chelsea want to sign Filipe Luis, Diego Godin and Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid this summer.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho reportedly wants to sign Filipe Luis, Diego Godin and Diego Costa from Spanish champions Atletico Madrid this summer.

Luis and Godin were both a key part of Atletico's incredible defensive record last season, which helped the capital outfit win the La Liga title and make the final of the Champions League.

Spanish international Costa, meanwhile, scored 36 times for Atletico during the 2013-14 campaign.

Costa has long been linked with a move to Chelsea, but according to AS, the Blues also want to acquire the services of the defensive duo.

A recent report claimed that Luis alone could cost £37m.
