Report: Juventus want Branislav Ivanovic

A report claims that Juventus could move for Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic in the January transfer window.

Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic.

The 32-year-old is closing in on 400 appearances for Chelsea, but his current deal will expire at the end of the season and it is understood that both parties have already agreed to seek pastures new.

Crystal Palace and AC Milan have both been credited with an interest in the Serbian international, and according to Tuttosport, Italian champions Juve are also closely monitoring proceedings.

It is believed that Chelsea would be prepared to sell the versatile defender in January rather than lose him for nothing at the end of the season. Ivanovic has lost his place in the Chelsea XI since head coach Antonio Conte switched to three centre-backs.
