Both teams have already secured their place in the playoffs, and Blades boss Nigel Clough has decided to rest Jamie Murphy.
Chris Basham and Paul Coutts are out injured with what are described as "minor problems", but former Everton youngster Jose Baxter is in for the Blades while Jay McEveley, Michael Doyle, Stefan Scougall, Louis Reed and Marc McNulty also start.
