Preview: Chievo vs. Lazio

Sports Mole previews this weekend's Serie A clash between Chievo and Lazio.

Lazio will be confident of maintaining their good form under Edoardo Reja when they visit Chievo in Serie A on Sunday.

The Biancocelesti have gone four games in the league unbeaten since the start of 2014, and claimed a 1-1 draw against leaders Juventus last weekend.

Despite their recent upturn in fortunes in the league, they were beaten by Napoli at the quarter-final stage of the Coppa Italia in midweek.

Chievo come into this game having not won any of their past six league matches. Their run has left them 16th in the table, and they sit just a single point above the relegation zone.

Lazio ran out 3-0 winners when the two sides met earlier this season, and have lost just once in their last nine meetings with the Gialloblu.

The home side have no fresh injury worries, while Stefano Mauri is still serving a suspension for Lazio.
