Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has revealed that goalkeeper Steve Mandanda faces missing the rest of November with a knee injury.
Mandanda has made 10 appearances for the Eagles since signing from Marseille during the summer but he has been ruled out of his team's clash with Manchester City on Saturday, with Wayne Hennessey deputising for the French international.
The 55-year-old told reporters: "Steve has a knee injury, which will keep him out and Wayne will play.
"We don't think Steve's injury is too bad. Not exactly sure, but not more than a couple of weeks. Wayne's up to speed and he's in good shape. On that front we've a luxury."
Palace head into the match just one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
