Preview: Derby County vs. Blackburn Rovers

Sports Mole takes a look at this weekend's Championship fixture between Derby County and Blackburn Rovers.

Derby County welcome Blackburn Rovers to Pride Park this weekend, with both sides looking for maximum points following a recent dip in form.

The home side have secured two victories in their last five clashes and Nigel Clough will be pushing for his side to find the net following their goalless draw with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Blackburn have not won a game this month but a victory could push the Lancashire side - who remain without a permanent manager following Steve Kean's exit - nearer to the qualifying spots in the Championship table.

Theo Robinson and Conor Sammon should lead the line for the home side this weekend, while Colin Kazim-Richards is expected to play alongside Jordan Rhodes for Blackburn.

Recent form

Derby: WLWDD
Blackburn: WLDDL

Possible starting lineups:

Derby: Legzdins; Brayford, Keogh, Buxton, O'Connor; Coutts, Hendrick, Hughes, Bryson; Sammon, Robinson

Blackburn: Robinson; Orr, Dann, Givet, Olsson; Formica, Hanley, Murphy, Lowe; Kazim-Richards, Rhodes

Sports Mole says: 1-0
