Everton chairman Bill Kenwright has revealed that he has already made a shortlist of candidates that he would like to appoint as the club's manager.
David Moyes will leave Goodison Park at the end of the season, having been named as Sir Alex Ferguson's successor at Manchester United.
"I have got people in mind. A lot of those mentioned are not too far away," The People quotes Kenwright as saying.
"Everton have got a type, it's a very hard working industrial football club."
Wigan Atheltic boss Roberto Martinez, Cardiff City's Malky Mackay and Neil Lennon of Celtic are among the names being linked to the vacancy.
