Everton are reportedly willing to entertain offers for Mason Holgate this summer.
The 24-year-old has been a consistent performer for Everton since the turn of the year, starting 24 Premier League games this term either in the heart of defence, in midfield or as a right-back.
However, Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti supposedly wants to bolster his defensive ranks further, with Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly thought to be his priority summer target.
As a result, Football Insider claims that Everton will sanction Holgate's sale if they receive a suitable offer, despite the fact that the defender penned a new five-year deal in March 2020.
The report claims that Ancelotti remains somewhat unconvinced by Holgate, and the Everton boss is not completely happy with the centre-back combinations at Goodison Park.
The Englishman has made 108 appearances in an Everton shirt since arriving from Barnsley in 2015, scoring two goals and setting up four more in that time.
