Everton are reportedly considering a summer move for Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel.
The 29-year-old played a key role in Leicester's Premier League triumph last season, but it is understood that there is a £17m release clause in the Dane's contract.
According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton boss Ronald Koeman has made a new goalkeeper a priority signing this summer and Schmeichel has emerged as the Merseyside outfit's leading transfer target.
Schmeichel joined Leicester from Leeds United in 2011 and has made 220 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes.
