Laurent Blanc insists that France can continue to improve after upsetting Germany.

Laurent Blanc has said that France can continue to get better following their 2-1 triumph against Germany in Bremen last night.

Les Blues took a two-goal lead through forward Olivier Giroud and Chelsea midfielder Florent Malouda at the Weserstadion, but Blanc insists that he is still waiting for his side to realise their full potential.

"It is a satisfaction to have won," he told TF1. "Winning here is difficult.

"We are still waiting for much of this team [to show its potential], but we improve with each game.

"I knew we could raise our game. Will this win mean our ambitions rise [ahead of Euro 2012]? I will leave that down to [the journalists]."

Blanc's side extend their unbeaten run to 18 games with the win.
