Fulham loanee Lewis Holtby has insisted that he has no problem working with new manager Felix Magath.
Holtby worked with Magath during his time with Schalke 04, where the two are believed to have had a series of disagreements which resulted in the midfielder spending time on loan at VFL Bochum and Mainz 05.
Indeed, it appeared that the 23-year-old still held a grudge when he was asked about his parent club Tottenham Hotspur potentially appointing Louis van Gaal back in December by saying: "I wouldn't have a problem if Van Gaal came in. After all, I've survived Felix Magath too."
However, Holtby has since joined Fulham and following Magath's arrival at Craven Cottage on Friday, Holtby told Bild on this occasion: "I don't have any fear.
"From my point of view, it's being hyped up right now. I have grown as a player and my time under Magath is already almost five years away. We are both in Fulham to reach one goal and that is staying up. Everything else is secondary."
Fulham, who are bottom of the Premier League, have 12 matches to retain their status.
