Martin Jol has conceded that his Fulham side are involved in the battle to stay in the Premier League.
The Whites are currently 14th in the Premier League table, but that has left them just five points above the drop zone.
With that in mind, Jol has called upon his players to string a few positive results together in order to pull themselves away from danger.
"I was asked after the game against Wigan if I think we are in a fight now, looking down rather than up, and the truth is I have thought that for some time," he wrote in the club's matchday programme ahead of their clash against London rivals West Ham United tonight.
"No-one has the right to take their position for granted, and we are no different.
"We need the points, and quickly, because that is the way that we will be able to gain confidence and put in performances that are reflective of the quality that we have in the squad."
Fulham have not won a league match since New Year's Day.
