Team News: Abel Hernandez returns for Fulham clash

Hull City's Abel Hernandez returns from suspension to start for the Tigers in their Championship clash with Fulham.

Hull City's Abel Hernandez has returned from suspension to start for the Tigers in the Championship clash with Fulham this evening.

The Uruguayan has completed his three-game ban, which he received for punching Manchester United's Phil Jones during the final game of last season.

Manager Steve Bruce also has David Meyler available after he shook off an injury, while Sam Clucas and Issac Hayden are fit enough to be named on the bench.

The Cottagers have a lengthy list of absentees, with Scott Parker, Fernando Amorbieta, George Williams, Jack Grimmer and Everton loanee Luke Garbutt all sidelined.

However, Fulham boss Kit Symons has no fresh injury concerns and fields captain Ross McCormack in attack, alongside Matt Smith.

Hull City: McGregor, Odubajo, Davies, Dawson, Robertson, Meyler, Huddlestone, Elmohamady, Aluko, Akpom, Hernandez

Fulham: Bettinelli, Richards, Hutchinson, Bodurov, Voser, Christiansen, O'Hara, Cairney, McCormack, Pringle, Smith
