Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi has been handed a fresh injury concern with centre-back Stefan de Vrij ahead of Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final second leg with Benfica at San Siro.
The Netherlands international was substituted with an ankle problem in the weekend's Serie A loss to Monza, and he joins fellow defender Milan Skriniar (back) in the Nerazzurri infirmary.
It is still unclear how long De Vrij may be sidelined for, but a spot has surely opened up for Francesco Acerbi - who started over the Dutchman in the first leg - to return here.
With Skriniar also out of contention, Matteo Darmian and Alessandro Bastoni will complete an unchanged rearguard in front of number one goalkeeper Andre Onana.
Darmian's centre-back role means that Denzel Dumfries will bomb down the right flank, as Federico Dimarco comes back in for Robin Gosens on the opposite side.
Hakan Calhanoglu has recovered from the thigh injury which prevented him from playing in the first leg, but Marcelo Brozovic is expected to win that head-to-head to join Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Nicolo Barella in the engine room.
Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez were Inzaghi's preferred partnership from the off at the Estadio da Luz, but it was Romelu Lukaku who put the tie to bed from the spot in a 2-0 triumph.
Lukaku needs just one more goal to reach 10 Champions League strikes for Inter, but with Dzeko and Martinez both starting on the bench at the weekend, the Belgian should accept another super sub role alongside Joaquin Correa.
Inter Milan possible starting lineup: Onana; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Mkhitaryan, Brozovic, Dimarco; Dzeko, Martinez
