Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti insists that he will not be sacking coach Claudio Ranieri.

Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has insisted that he has no intention of sacking Claudio Ranieri.

Reports in Italy had claimed that Ranieri was facing the axe following a run of four defeats from five league matches.

However, Moratti has revealed that Ranieri does not have to worry about his status at the San Siro.

"Yes we will continue with Ranieri," Moratti told the club's official website. "We will continue to move forward [with him]."

Ranieri's team take on Napoli tomorrow evening.
