Inter Milan reportedly identify Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas as their managerial target for next season.

Inter Milan have identified Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas as the man to replace Claudio Ranieri at the helm of the club, according to talkSPORT.

Villas-Boas has been criticised this season due to Chelsea's failure to sustain a Premier League title challenge, and with Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho in line for a return to England next season, Villas-Boas's future has become unclear.

Ranieri's position, meanwhile, has come under threat following Inter's indifferent form this season.

It is understood that Inter president Massimo Moratti is a keen admirer of Villas-Boas and will attempt to entice the former Porto boss if he leaves Chelsea at the end of the season.

Villas-Boas triumphed with Porto in the Europa League last season at the age of 33.
