Inverness Caledonian Thistle defender Josh Meekings will be eligible to play in the Scottish Cup final after a panel dismissed his charge for a handball offence.
The 22-year-old was expected to be banned by the Scottish Football Association after he blocked a shot by Leigh Griffiths with his hand during Inverness's 3-2 win over Celtic in the semi-finals last weekend.
However, a judicial panel tribunal has dropped the case after Inverness launched an appeal against the sanction.
A statement from chairman Kenny Cameron said via the club's official website: "The result means that the club can now fully appreciate the achievement of reaching it's first ever Scottish Cup Final and focus on preparations for Saturdays game versus Aberdeen FC.
"On a personal note, both Josh and I would like to express our gratitude to our legal team from Harper Macleod led by Partner David Kerr who worked tirelessly to ensure a favourable outcome."
The final will be held on May 30.
