Yaya and Kolo Toure continue with World Cup despite death of brother

Yaya and Kolo Toure confirm they will continue to take part in the World Cup, despite the death of their brother Ibrahim.

Yaya and Kolo Toure have announced that they will continue to take part in the World Cup, despite the death of their brother Ibrahim.

Younger brother Ibrahim tragically passed away on Thursday his, losing battle with cancer at the age of 28.

"The Toure brothers have decided to stay with the team. They are not leaving Brazil," a representative said.

The Ivorians could progress to the second knockout round with a win against Greece on Tuesday.

Kolo is yet to make an appearance for the Ivory Coast this tournament, as he has been an unused substitute in both matches.
