Team News: Four changes for Lazio, Bayer Leverkusen unchanged

Lazio make four changes ahead of their Champions League playoff first leg against Bayer Leverkusen at the Stadio Olimpico, while the visitors remain unchanged.

Lazio manager Stefano Pioli has made four changes ahead of his side's Champions League playoff first leg against Bayer Leverkusen.

Goalkeeper Federico Marchetti is out injured with broken ribs, so Etrit Berisha starts in goal, with Filip Djordjevic and Edson Braafheid also unavailable and Stefan Radu suspended.

Stefan de Vrij, however, has recovered from a fever to feature in defence, while Marco Paolo and Senad Lulic return after missing the Super Cup and form the midfield trio alongside Ogenyi Onazi.

For the visitors, Omer Toprak and ex-Roma man Tin Jedvaj are sidelined so Roger Schmidt names the same side that dispatched of Hoffenheim at the weekend.

New signing Charles Aranguiz will be forced to wait longer for his Leverkusen debut as he is once again on the bench tonight.

Lazio:: Berisha, Basta, de Vrij, Mauricio, Lulic, Onazi, Biglia, Parolo, Candreva, Klose, Felipe Anderson
Subs: Guerrieri, Gentiletti, Konko, Milinkovic-Savic, Cataldi, Keita, Kishna

Bayer Leverkusen:: Leno, Hilbert, Tah, Papadopoulos, Wendell, Bender, Kramer, Bellarabi, Son, Calhanoglu, Kiessling
Subs: Kresic, Andre Ramalho, Donati, Brandt, Aranguiz, Mehmedi, Kruse
